We use these systems due to their greatly reliable and perfectly innovative products. The products listed below are just but a few in which you can use for Video Conferencing, however we can always help you find the most budget friendly system that will be perfect for your intended use.
CISCO
CISCO are leading the market when it comes to Video Conferencing. They power roughly 20 million reliable meetings per month. Their products offer cutting edge design and technology to allow you to have the most immersive Video Conference meetings. With the new Cisco Telepresence system and the Touch 10 panel, you can control the whole 'VC' meeting with just the tip of your index finger. Old systems would see you control every aspect of the system via a remote control. With the elimination of any room telephone, the Touch 10 panel is your hub for everything. And its simple to use.
CISCO TELEPRESENCE
SX SERIES
CISCO have a wide range of SX series video conferencing products that can suit any of your needs. The telepresence series is perfect for any small - large sized business meeting rooms and are affordably priced.
SX20 CODEC
The SX20 Codec is a smart, slim line unit which has the entire Cisco 'VC' interface built within it.
The Cisco SX Codec provides high definition video as well as multi person conferencing Cisco MultiSite, users are able to invite a further three participants to a video call. The Cisco SX20 Codec allows you to have full flexibility, accommodating to various room sizes and configurations.
With the new 'Share' functionality, you will be able to share connect, multimedia, presentations etc. during a video call allowing all participants to benefit the same Video Conference experience.
SX20 CAMERA
There are two cameras that can be used in the SX20 series. The Precision 40 Camera & The Precision 12x Camera.
These cameras enable users t really appreciate a high-definition video conferencing experience at any bandwidth. They provide crystal-clear, quality which is perfect for interaction and collaboration.
The P40 Camera offers 4x Optical zoom, 2x Digital Zoom & 8x Total Zoom. The P12 camera offers 12x Optical zoom. Asides from the zoom ranges, these products are very similar and they both work perfectly with the SX20 series.

CISCO TOUCH 10
The Cisco Touch 10 is a touch screen control unit for your Video Conferencing system. It allows you to have full control of the system from the comfort of your seat.
From starting and ending a video conference, sharing content from laptop connections to calling contacts from the contact list you control everything on this panel with your finger for a effortless user interaction.
The Touch 10 panel controls the entire VC system as well as the added bonus of having a room telephone. When configured with your business' network you can use the Touch 10 panel as a telephone which can make both internal and external calls.
TABLE MICROPHONE 20
The Cisco Microphone 20 are meeting room table microphones that when partnered with the SX Series and Telepresence system will provide your video conference with exceptional quality sound.
These microphones offer high-quality sound with omnidirectional coverage(receives audio signals from all directions) which makes them perfect for any sized meeting room with a fixed table. For bigger rooms, consider having more the one table microphone.
These smart style products have intuitive mute buttons, which gives you the option to mute your video conference calls allowing you to converse in private without any of the participants hearing.

EXTRON ELECTRONICS
Two of EXTRON's products that we use in our Video Conferencing system are a scaling switcher and an amplifier. Although not compulsory, together these products undoubtedly enhance the experience of the video conference. The switchers makes for easier use when you are switching devices and the amplifier when partnered with speakers (see Monitor Radius speakers below) gives you the perfect Video Conferencing system.
SCALING SWITCHER
The product that we have used previously is the EXTRON 'IN1606' Scaling Switcher model.
This model has six inputs; two VGA+audio, four HDMI ports, as well as two HDMI output ports. This unit is also HDCP compliant, which allows display of protected content with other HDCP devices.
A scaling presentation switcher takes and scales a wide range of video signals to a common, high resolution output rate. These units are perfect for automatically switching between devices.
(For example, if you are using a device in input one and you insert another device into input two, it will automatically switch over on the commercial display screens).
This setting is ideal for video conferencing content sharing.
AMPLIFER
The product that we have used previously is the EXTRON XPA 1002' Amplifier model.
This model is a one input, two channel impedance amplifier. This product is perfect for amplifying voice or program audio content to stereo speakers set up as a pair with the system.
Using the EXTRON amplifier as appose to using the speakers with the commercial display screens will immensely improve the sound quality of the video conference making for a more professional and soothing meeting.
When set up with the system, you can use the amplifiers attenuation balance to set the correct volume whilst also controlling the volume of the system from the touch 10 panel.

MONITOR AUDIO
To really enhance your Video Conferencing experience, you will need a set of speakers that are made to give you professional sound at its best. Monitor Audio are a competitive hi-fi speaker company in the market, they offer an extensive range of speakers that come in all shapes, sizes and colours. All of their models are stylish, of excellent quality and offer superb performance.
RADIUS 225 SPEAKER
You may wish to have any style of speaker from floor speakers to ceiling mounted speakers and everything in between.
The speakers that we use for the systems that we install are Monitor Audio Radius 225 speakers. We recommend installing two per system. They are ideal for wall mounting but can also sit below your TV as a conventional centre speaker.
The newer speaker of the Monitor Audio Radius range speaker has been enhanced to deliver the finest and widest performance. Even at high volumes, the sound will still be very clear and smooth.
The Radius 225 speakers are a smoothly stylish and neat product, they look great and will complement your video conference system handsomely.

COMMERICAL DISPLAY SCREENS
For a truly great visual experience of your Video Conference you will need state of the art, reliable commercial display screens. Commercial display screens are far more adapted for business meetings and video conferencing then a television screen would be, due to aspects such as message display settings and glare free screens which allow for perfect readability. Many big name companies have an extensive range of commercial display screens, they come in array of sizes, depending on the room size would depend on the screen sizes you would need. The screens that we primarily install are Samsung. Different sizes would mean different model series

AV CABLES
Lastly, in order to have a fully compatible and seamless Video Conferencing system, we would recommend that you use quality, industry leading cables and connectors due to their reliability. The company that we would recommend using for your Video Conferencing system cables and connectors is Kramer AV.
KRAMER AV
KRAMER AV are a market leading AV company. We use Kramer products due to their innovative technology and products that are consistently reliable, whereby cheaper/copy products are very unreliable which can effectively falter the whole Video Conferencing system.
Below are some of the Kramer cables and connectors that are used for the system.
Kramer HDMI - High Speed, Low Smoke and Halogen Free. Ranges from 0.9m to 15.2m in length.
Kramer VGA+audio - 15 pin to 15 pin male to female. Ranges from 3ft to 100ft in length.
Kramer Display Port to HDMI Female- Display port male to HDMI female adaptor.
Kramer HDMI to HDMI Couplers - HDMI female to female gender changer connector
Kramer VGA Gender Changers - 9 pin female to female gender changer connector

MID ATLANTIC PRODUCTS
For a professional Video Conferencing system, you'll need a smart AV Rack Cabinet that holds and contains all the VC units. The company brad that we use for this is Mid Atlantic products. They provide trusted and sustainable products which are made specifically for what you need. Mid Atlantic also offer customisable options for bespoke cabinets. The Mid Atlantic Rack that we use for the systems that we install is the Mid Atlantic CFR-8-18 Rack.
CFR Rack Series
The Mid Atlantic CFR Rack Series are a low profile yet effective unit. They utilise rack space for all your cabinet equipment. Made from strong yet lightweight steel allowing easy movement means these units are ideal for this system.
CFR- 10-16
The CFR-10-16 Rack is the model that we most frequently use for this system install. It is the ideal size and the smallest of the Mid Atlantic range. The size is perfect for the equipment that needs to be installed within in, leaving enough room for any other equipment units for future purposes or back up for example.
The rack is a 10 U rack sized at (16" D X 18.44" H ) and comes with two front-to-rear lacing bars for cable tidying
